Can I return or exchange items that I buy online at Stylish Baby & Child Retail Store?
Yes, you can return or exchange an item that you have brought from our online store in our retail store as long as the goods has not been used, washed or soiled and must still have the tags attached, packaging must be in the original condition and goods are returned with the original receipt within 14days. You can exchange the size or colour of any product you buy from our online store to our retail store, or by sending the product back to us at our retail store. Please contact us immediately once you realise you need an exchange to ensure we are able to supply you with your new size or colour. Please note that the online store may be out of stock for the new size or colour you are after.

My purchase is faulty, how can I exchange it?
We endeavour to sell quality brands and ensure that everything we send is in perfect condition. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately so we can work together to replace, repair or refund the product as quickly as possible.
We will only refund postage on faulty goods. However if you are returning an item for exchange you are not required to pay for delivery on the outgoing parcel.
Our Returns Policy
It is really important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order. We ask that you make your selection carefully but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in the original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it, offer you a store credit or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
FREE DELIVERY on orders over $99 within NZ!
Orders under $99 cost $7 for delivery within NZ. Rural Deliveries (RD) cost $10.
Orders within NZ are sent via New Zealand Courier Post and our courier does not deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure that you give us a physical address and a contact number for delivery – you will receive via email a courier tracking number.
We will send your purchases once payment has been received and you should receive your purchase within 2-3 days, but please be aware the sometimes due to circumstances outside of our control deliveries can take up to 5 days to arrive once they have leave Stylish Baby & Child, we will always endeavour to keep you informed if there will be any delay. We will try to send all items in one package, however every now and then due to sizing we may have to send several packages – you will be notified if this happens.
